Our animals are very important to us, which is why we pamper them around the clock. This is the only way they can provide us with the valuable raw materials we need for our delicious food, and right from the start, yes, you can taste it in our products!

Our farm shop

In the course of building our new vacation apartments and the farm's own butcher shop, we have also replaced the self-built farm shop with a brand new and modern farm shop.

Large refrigerated display cases are filled daily with products from our farm, such as organic eggs, organic cheese and, of course, our Deferegger quality meat. Thanks to our regional cooperation partners, we can also offer our visitors numerous other seasonal, local and fresh delicacies. With our colourful assortment, there is something for every taste!

Our farm store is open 7 days a week and we offer cash and card payment.

Since September 2019 we have been National Park producers, we have received the quality certificate "Regional Product National Park Hohe Tauern" - we are very happy about that! We don't just have East Tyrol on the label, we also have East Tyrol inside!

Organic farmers with tradition

An idea became a conviction: to ensure the highest quality standards for organic farming, we are inspected once a year by a state-authorized organic inspection body to ensure compliance with the guidelines. This guarantees that only the best products reach the market.

Tirol Milk seal of quality

Thanks to our satisfied dairy cows, we supply the best quality milk, which has already been awarded the "Tirol Milk Seal of Quality" 20 times. To receive this award, the highest quality raw milk from our own milk production must be supplied over a period of 365 days.

Gaumenschmaus

with Stemberger BIO eggs

Since 2020, we have been cooperating with our "neighbouring company" Gaumenschmaus Defereggental, where our organic eggs are processed for the production of Schlipfkrapfen, dumplings & Co. The local, handmade delicacies are also available in our farm store and in selected supermarkets in East Tyrol.
